Organise a Saddle Fit Clinic

What’s in it for me?

• ESF Credits – As an ESF clinic organiser you will receive £10 in ESF credit for each horse measured in an ESF saddle fit consultation (minimum of 4 horses are required including yours to earn credits). 

• Product and Service Discount – If you have a minimum of 8 horses measured in an ESF saddle fit consultation in one clinic,  you will also receive a 10% discount on your personal service or the purchase of a new or used saddle that day.  In addition to the £10 ESF credits above!  If you have fewer than 8 clients in your group this discount will not apply.

How many people do I need in order to book a visit?

• Minimum numbers will depend on your location and logistics of the visit.  Please contact ESF to enquire.  Credits only apply as above.
• The date and start time of your saddle fit sessions will be scheduled taking into consideration other planned visits to your area.
• A saddle fit consultation will be approximately 2 hours per horse for a Schleese refit consultation, and approximately 3 hours per horse for an initial consultation.

The saddle fitting clinic is booked… how do I spread the word?

ESF will provide you with promotional material:

• Web/marketing videos, and email notices to send to your personal contacts.
• Posters to hang in your yard, neighbouring yards, and local tack shops.
• Leaflets to hand out to the above.
• We will contact clients in your immediate vicinity if your yard allows ‘trailer-ins’. 
• It’s also helpful to post notifications on internet chat boards and event listings on equine sites you trust.

What do I do once I am given a date and start time?

• As a requirement for earning organiser credits, you will set the schedule of appointments for the day for all participants.  These include people you have organised personally, as well as any trailer-ins ESF may refer to your location, if applicable. 
• ESF will be in touch with you regularly.
